Live In Care
Silverjen Healthcare Services provides the highest quality live in care to those who are looking for an alternative to Care homes. Live-in care is when somebody lives with you in your home, provides personal care and companionship whilst carrying out household tasks. Whether it is a short period or longer term, care is designed to help individuals remain in their own home and to support independent living for as long as possible.
Respite Care
Respite Care is suitable for people in need of rehabilitation following a stay in the hospital or extra care following a period of illness. It also allows the sharing of care giving responsibility and getting support for the main care giver, be it a family member or friend. Seeking support and maintaining one’s own health is paramount and using respite care before becoming exhausted, isolated or overwhelmed is ideal. Just anticipating regular relief can become a lifesaver.

Palliative Care
This is a service for  end of life care or individuals suffering recovering from cancer. Among our staff we have fully trained oncology nurses.

Supported Living
This is a flexible service for those with various disabilities living on their own who may require extra aid, encouragement and reassurance to live independently. The Support Worker’s role is to support the Service User to manage their day to day activities. A suitable care plan is agreed upon by the Service User and Silverjen Healthcare according to he individual’s identified needs in their Support Plan.

Sleep Nights
This ensures the Service User is not left alone at night and is for those who may require a low level of assistance at night.

Awake Nights
This is for the Service User who requires the assistance of the Health Care Worker periodically throughout the night.
