All our staff are trained to National Healthcare Standards and are constantly monitored on an ongoing basis. They complete a rigorous recruitment procedure that includes formal interviews, personal and professional reference checks, training credential checks and also the criminal records bureau enhanced disclosures. This ensures that only the best health care workers become a part of the Silverjen Limited team.

The induction training is comprehensive and includes a full quality briefing and takes up to two weeks. All healthcare workers receive mandatory training updates regularly with the aim to qualify at
NVQ Level 3.
